Leader Of The Knights

My name is Emil Gordon, a second-year BACAT student and captain of the UTech Knights Track & Field Team. I never saw myself as a leader at first, but this role has helped me grow and discover confidence I didn’t know I had. I lead by example, stay committed to the team’s goals, and work every day to motivate those around me. Representing UTech is an honor, and I’m focused on helping the Knights achieve excellence on and off the track.

As a student-athlete at UTech, I’m proud to be part of one of the region’s strongest athletic institutions. UTech’s culture of high performance, discipline, and development has shaped me both on and off the track. Surrounded by experienced coaches and driven teammates, I’ve grown into a competitor who pushes for excellence at every level  national, collegiate, and beyond. Being part of this programme means constantly evolving, learning, and striving to reach the highest standards in the sport I love.
